At Nourished Pets, we offer a wide range of natural, high-quality treats for dogs. Our products include chew treats like antler chews, rabbit ears, jerky sticks, and dried fish, as well as nutritious options like venison bites and kangaroo jerky. We pride ourselves on offering 100% natural, grain-free, gluten-free, and hypoallergenic treats that are suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes.

2. Are your treats suitable for puppies?
Yes, many of our treats are suitable for puppies, especially those aged 8 weeks and older. We recommend checking the product description for specific details, as some treats are designed for smaller puppies or sensitive stomachs. For example, our duck bites and soft goat jerky are excellent options for puppies.

 

3. Are your treats safe for dogs with allergies?
Yes! All our treats are natural, and we specifically offer hypoallergenic options, such as our rabbit ears and kangaroo jerky, for dogs with food sensitivities or allergies. Many of our treats are grain-free and free from artificial additives or preservatives, making them a great choice for dogs with dietary restrictions.

If your dog has sensitivities or allergies, we recommend hypoallergenic treats such as rabbit ears, kangaroo jerky, or venison bites. 5. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the UK. However, we are working towards expanding our delivery options, so please check back in the future for updates.

To maintain the freshness of our treats, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Most of our products come in resealable packaging to keep them fresh longer, but we always advise keeping them sealed when not in use.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?
We hope you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy on unopened, unused products. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our treats, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed products for hygiene and safety reasons. 8. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the courier's website.

Yes! Many of our treats are soft and easy to chew, such as our soft goat jerky and duck bites, making them suitable for dogs with sensitive teeth or those who are light chewers. If your dog has more robust chewing needs, we recommend tougher options like antler chews.
